The relative differences in the player bases also means that Kancolle would have to do relatively little to be able to pull their weight in such a collaboration compared to WoWS. If there's the market demand in Japan for a collaboration, then they will go ahead with it and make the content at that point they might as well give the other servers the goods in their own events as the extra content has already been made and licensed, any benefits for servers outside Asia is at that point just a tiny bonus compared to the real market for the content. They probably realized that they had done the models so might as well also get them on to the other servers, despite the target audiance not being there. Kancolle is extremely big in Japan: much bigger than WoWs.Collaborating to target those foreign players is pointless for them. Kancolle (the game) does not target anybody outside of Japan and discourages foreign players in many ways.It's unlikely that this collaboration will appear because three things make Kancolle very different from Arpeggio.
